Victoria supports a wide range of the firm’s practice areas, including environmental and natural resources, civil litigation, business and corporate transactions, intellectual property, municipal entities and nonprofits. Her primary focus is on renewable energy development and regulatory matters.
Vic brings a unique background in rhetoric and sociology to her analysis and practice of law, as well as experience in both the private and public sectors. A graduate of Vermont Law School, Vic joined the firm in 2014 following a clerkship with the Honorable Marilyn S. Skoglund of the Vermont Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Vic worked as a business consultant for a large consulting firm, helping corporate clients and state agencies maximize and improve their use of asset management software and addressing widespread software licensing compliance issues. During law school, Vic worked on client projects for a major developer of contract automation software in addition to interning with the Consumer Protection Division of the Vermont Attorney General’s Office.
